Late winter introduces players to basic net play and reflex-building activities. Participants will practice soft volleys, simple overhead shots, and quick reactions using easy drills and games. Activities like net rally challenges and balloon reflex games keep the sessions lighthearted and engaging. This program helps players build confidence near the net without pressure.
